Pasham Mohith, learned counser for the petitioner, learned Government Pleader for Po'*'er Supply and Energi for respondent No. 1 and Mr. N. Sreedhar Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for respondent Nos. 2 to 6. Both the learned counsel submit that the issue in this Writ Petition is squarely covered by the order dated 16. 03. 206 in w. p. No. 2z2s3 of 2025, which was allowed holding as under: "[n the result, the'urrrit petition is allowed and the impugned demand notice issued in Lr. No. SE/ OPIMCL/ SAO/AAO(HT)/JAO(HT)/d. No. 1328, dated 26. O7. 2025 issued to the petitioner claiming arrears of Rs. 2,64,364/-pertaining to the period 2OO8-O9 in respect of the petitioner's unit is set aside and consequently, the respondents are directed not to disconnect the power supply to the unit of the petitioner pursuant to the said demand notice.
