Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the authority concerned for expeditious disposal of case No. RST/389/2023, computer case No. D202310690000389 (State of U. P. versus Bauwa Sari Mahal Prop. Shri Krishna Gutpa) under Section 47- A of the Indian Stamp Act 1899.
It has been submitted that earlier the proceedings under Section 47-A of the Act was culminated in passing of order against petitioner whereafter revision was filed and by means of order dated 4th January, 2024, the revision was partly allowed while remanding the dispute for examination afresh. It is submitted that ever since the aforesaid proceedings are yet pending consideration. In view of aforesaid, the opposite party No. 2 i. e. District Magistrate, Unnao is directed to consider and decide case No. RST/389/2023, computer case No. D202310690000389 (State of U. P. versus Bauwa Sari Mahal Prop. Shri Krishna Gutpa) expeditiously, preferably within a period of three months from the date a certified copy of this order is brought on record of proceedings without granting undue adjournments to any of the parties and in case there is no other legal impediment.
