In the instant contempt petition, the petitioner herein has complained of non-compliance of order dated 30. 09. 2021, whereunder, upon disposal of the petition filed by the petitioner being WP(C) No. 2071/2021, the respondents herein came to be directed to consider and th decide the representation of the petitioner for grant of 6 Pay Commission arrears within a period of two months from the date a copy of the order is made available to them. 2.
Statement of facts/compliance report stands filed by the respondents, wherein, it is, inter alia, stated that the case of the petitioner came to th be placed before the Board of Directors in 68 meeting held on 28. 03. 2023, wherein the case of the petitioner after consideration came to be rejected. 2 CCP(S) No. 47/2022 in WP(C) No. 2071/2021 3. Having regard to the aforesaid position obtaining in the matter, the respondents/contemnors seemingly have complied with the order passed by this Court, thus, necessitating recalling of contempt notice issued to the respondents/contemnors and closure of contempt proceedings. 4. Ordered accordingly. 5. However, the petitioner shall be at liberty to avail appropriate remedy against rejection of his claim in appropriate proceedings, if so advised and is legally permissible. 6.
