IN THE HIGH COURT OF UTTARAKHAND AT NAINITAL Writ Petition (S/B) No. 6 of 2012 Dr. Dinesh Pratap Singh ... Petitioner Vs. State of Uttarakhand and others ... Respondents Shri S. S. Yadav, learned counsel for the petitioner. Shri B. S. Parihar, learned standing counsel for the State of Uttarakhand. th Dated: 24 August, 2020 Coram: Honíble Ravi Malimath, A. C. J. Honíble Narayan Singh Dhanik, J. Ravi Malimath, A. C. J. (Oral) The petitioner seeks a writ of certiorari to quash the order dated 17. 11. 2011 and a consequential prayer to transfer him from Nainadanda, Dhumakote, Pauri to any of the three colleges, namely, State Post-Graduate Degree College, Rishikesh; State Degree College, Doiwala; and State Degree College, Laksar, Haridwar. 2. The writ petition was filed in the year 2012. Hence, learned counsel for the petitioner itself submits that the said prayers have become infructuous. 3.

The third prayer is to direct the first respondent to take suitable action against the ninth respondent, who is said to have committed fraud against the petitioner and the department. 4. On considering the submissions advanced on behalf of learned counsel for the petitioner, we are of the view that there are only allegations made against the concerned ninth respondent. There is absence of valid grounds to accept the contentions of the petitioner. Therefore, such a prayer cannot be granted. The further submission is that a charge-sheet has been filed, which has been challenged by the petitioner in Writ Petition (S/B) No. 17 of 2014. 5. In view of the submissions made, none of the prayers herein can be granted by this Court. Hence, the writ petition is dismissed. 6. All pending applications also stand rejected. (Narayan Singh Dhanik, J. ) (Ravi Malimath, A. C. J. ) 24. 08. 2020 24. 08. 2020 R. P.
