Heard learned counsel for the parties. 3. In filing this Writ Petition, the Petitioners seek for a direction from this Court to the Opposite Parties more particularly Opposite Party Nos. 2 and 3 to settle the land in question in their favour. 4. It is apparent from the record that the Petitioners are aggrieved by the action of the Opposite Party No. 3/Tahasildar, Puri Sadar in taking steps to evict the Petitioners from the land in question. 5.
