So after hearing the Learned Counsel for the petitioner matter was posted for hearing and accordingly the connected case record of AB No. 16 of 2026 was called for. On the last occasion Learned Counsel Mr. Saugat Datta appeared for the 2026:THC:666 ge 2 of 2 petitioner and submitted that he himself and Learned Counsel Mr. Narasingha Das has retired from the case and the case was posted till today for engagement of any other Counsel by the petitioner. But today also none appears for the petitioner. It appears that the petitioner is not interested to proceed with the matter and accordingly the same stands dismissed.
