Heard learned counsel for the parties. 3. In filing this Writ Petition, the Petitioner sought for a direction from this Court to the Opposite Party No. 3/Tahasildar, Kujanga to evict the unauthorized encroacher. 4. At the outset, learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that the Petitioner has filed a representation vide Annexure-2 series before the Opposite Party No. 3/Tahasildar, Kujanga for redressal of his grievance. The said representation is still pending. 5.
In view of such facts and submission, without going into the merit of the case, the Tahasildar, Kujanga to verify whether any Signature Not Verified Digitally Signed Signed by: LITARAM MURMU Designation: P. Reason: Authentication Location: OHC Date: 18-Dec-2025 11:03:24 encroachment has been made as alleged by the Petitioner and dispose of the representation vide Annexure-2 series filed by the Petitioner by passing a reasoned order in accordance with law within a period of one month from the date of receipt a certified copy of this order. If the Tahasildar, Kujanga finds that there is unauthorized encroachment by the encroachers, he/she shall take immediate action to evict the encroachers from the land in question. 6.
