NOBIN SINGH O R D E R 14-12-2020 When the matter is taken up for consideration, it has been submitted by Shri Ch. Ngongo, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner that the instant writ petition can be disposed of in terms of the order dated 22-06-2015 passed by this court in writ petition being W. P. (C) No. 338 of 2015 to which, Shri Th. Vashum, learned Government Advocate has no serious objection for the reason that in the said order dated 22-06-2015 the direction was that the State Government should verify the service conditions of the petitioners as claimed by them.
Accordingly, the instant writ petition stands disposed of with the direction that the State Government shall verify the service condition of the petitioner more particularly the service period from 2001 onwards regarding which the petitioner has claimed that he had served as Primary Teacher in the Department of Education (S), Government of Manipur. On such verification, if it is found that he had rendered service, he is entitled to salary and the State Government may release the same in accordance with law. This exercise shall be completed within a period of 3 (three) months from today. Copies of this order shall be sent to the counsels appearing for the parties through their WhatsApp/e-mail.
