Learned advocate for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner has made a written complaint on 19. 08. 2019, however, the same is yet not decided and if the respondent No.
3 is directed to consider the same, the petitioner would be satisfied at this stage and does not press for the relief prayed in this petition at this stage. Having heard the learned advocates for the respective parties and in the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is of the opinion that if the respondent No. 3 is R/SCR. A/6973/2020 ORDER directed to consider the complaint of the petitioner, the ends of justice would be met. In the result, the respondent No. 3 – Police Inspector, City A-Division Police Station, Jamnagar, is hereby directed to look into and consider the representation of the petitioner dated 19. 08. 2019, in accordance with law.
