The present writ petition has been filed inter alia challenging order dtd. 11. 03. 2026 so passed by the learned Cooperative Tribunal in Tribunal Appeal No. 9/2026 under Annexure-10. 4. Learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner contended that application filed by the present Petitioner to intervene in the aforesaid appeal was rejected without proper appreciation vide the impugned order. 5. Mr. B. Sahoo, learned counsel who was served with a copy of the writ petition in Court for his appearance as against the Private Opp.
Parties, fairly contended that since the Private Opp. Parties were the Appellant before the Tribunal, he has got no objection, if the present Petitioners are added as Respondents in the aforesaid appeal. 6. Having heard learned counsel appearing for the Parties, considering the submission made and the concession given by Mr. B. Sahoo, Page 1 of 2. learned counsel appearing for the Private Opp. Parties, this Court while quashing order dtd. 11. 03. 2026, directs the Tribunal to implead the present Petitioners as the Respondents by allowing the intervention application and thereafter proceed with the matter for hearing. 7. The writ petition accordingly stands disposed of.
