It is submitted that during the pendency of this contempt petition, the respondent nos. 2, 8 and 9 have retired from their respective services and in their places new incumbents have been posted.

The learned counsel for the applicant submits that the above officers are necessary respondents and they are required to be impleaded as respondents in the above contempt petition.
