C. , seeking pre-arrest bail by the petitioner, namely, Izaz Ahmed @ Izaz Ali in connection with Nalbari PS Case No. 615/2020, registered under Sections 420/471/506/34 of IPC. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, Assam. Also perused the case diary and the documents annexed. As per FIR, present petitioner along with one another i. e. the owner of the tractor bearing registration No.

Page No. # 2/2 During the course of investigation nothing serious emerged to suggest the complicity that the petitioner was actually indulged in such affairs and MVI report was duly sent from the DTO office. Considering all entirety of the matter it transpires that custodial detention of the accused person is not warranted. Accordingly, the accused petitioner is allowed to go on pre-arrest bail of Rs. 10,000/-, with one surety of like amount, in the event of his arrest by the arresting officer.
