JUSTICE VIJAY BISHNOI Judgment / Order 25/08/2020 This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner with a prayer for cancellation of tender issued by the respondent No.

5 for letting out the agriculture land for the years 2020-2021. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that earlier on 11. 07. 2019, the land in question was let out to the petitioner for a period of 11 months and after expiry of the said period, the respondent No. 5 did not allow the petitioner to harvest the crops grown by him on the land in question. (2 of 2) [CW-7416/2020] It is noticed that the land in question was let out to the petitioner for a period of 11 months from 11. 07. 2019 and the said period of 11 months has expired and as such the petitioner has no right to remain in possession of the said land. However, if the crops cultivated by the petitioner is standing on the land in question, he can very well approach the respondent No. 5 seeking permission to take away the said corps. It is expected that if any such request is made by the petitioner, the respondent No. 5 shall consider the same sympathetically.

With these observations, this writ petition is disposed of. Stay petition also stands disposed of. (VIJAY BISHNOI),J Abhishek Kumar S. No. 112
