The reasons for the delay as submitted by Mr. A. G. Momin, learned counsel for the petitioner are contained in Paragraph – 2 of the said petition. The main reasons he further submits is that the applicants were pursuing the matter before the Learned Judge, District Council Court, which was not the correct forum. Though objections have been raised by the opposite party, considering the reasons as set out in the condonation application, sufficient cause has been made out, and the delay is condoned.
