JUSTICE SANJAY KUMAR MEDHI ORDER Date : 12-12-2020 This appeal is preferred by the claimant in respect of a judgment and award dated 26. 07. 2019, passed by the learned MACT Bongaigaon in MAC Case No. 94/2017. By the said judgment and award of Rs.
5,23,600/- has been granted which has been said to be deposited by the Insurance company before the learned Tribunal below. Both the claimants (1) Jalutan Bibi and (2) Saheb Ali are present. The United India Insurance Company Limited is represented by Mr. N. R. Bala, Regional Manager. Upon negotiation the parties have come to an amicable settlement of a total amount of Rs. 10,00,000/-. In that view of the matter, an additional amount of Rs. 4,76,400/- which is the full and final balance amount, which would be deposited in the learned Tribunal MACT Bongaigaon within a period of 45 days from today, which would be released to the claimant on being properly identified by his counsel.
