Initially the writ application was preferred for several relief(s), however, now the petitioners confine their prayer in view of the fact that, after the grievance raised by the petitioners and several other similarly situated persons, a committee was formed to see the irregularity with respect to appointment of Block Program Officer, Computer Assistant and Gram Rozgar Sevak in the district of Jamtara. 2. Pursuant to the grievance raised by the petitioner and others, a committee was constituted and it has also submitted its report, the detail of which is annexed to the supplementary affidavit dated 18. 04. 2026 filed on behalf of the petitioner. 3. Accordingly, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the instant application may be disposed of by directing the concerned respondent to look into the matter and pursue the recommendation of the committee for future action. 4.

Learned counsel for the respondent does not have any serious objection to the prayer made by the learned counsel for the petitioners. 5. Accordingly, the instant writ application is hereby disposed of, by directing the respondent no. 2 who is the District Commissioner, Jamtara, to consider this writ application as representation wherein in the supplementary affidavit, the report of the committee is annexed; and further directed to move in accordance with law, with regard to the appointment of Block Program Officer, Computer Assistant and Gram Rozgar Sevak in the district of Jamtara. 6.
