Mansuri, learned advocate appearing for the applicant. 2. The learned Singe Judge (Coram: A. J. Desai, J. ) vide order dated 16. 06. 2020 directed the Deesa – Rajpur Panjarapole at Deesa to handover the custody of the animals to the respondent No. 2.
It is the say of the applicant that even though legal notice was given through learned advocate on 23. 07. 2020, the same was not complied with and, therefore, this application is filed. 3. Mr. Mansuri, learned advocate for the applicant states that the reply has been received and Panjarapole is ready to handover the custody of the animal as directed by this Court. 4. In view of the aforesaid, the present application would not survive and it is dismissed accordingly. It is clarified that even though the reply filed by the respondent, if the order is not complied with, it is open for the applicant to take appropriate legal recourse available under the law. (R. M.
