Khandayat Ray, learned Additional Standing Counsel for State-Opposite Parties. 2. It is submitted on behalf of the Petitioner that, the order of demolition has been issued against him in pursuance to order passed in the year 2009 in UAP Case No. 326 of 2009, initiated against the previous owner of the land. It is further submitted that, the Opposite Parties-authorities are proceeding against the Petitioner for demolition without granting him any opportunity of hearing by affixing the order dated 12. 12. 2024 (Annexure-5) on the wall. 3.
