Sessions Judge Charaideo, Sonari has prayed for suspension of sentence and to allow him to go on bail.
On hearing the learned counsel for both sides and on perusal of the impugned Judgment and order, dated 10. 02. 2020 passed in Session Case No. 34/2017 by the learned Addl. Sessions Judge Charaideo, Sonari, it is provided that the operation of the sentence passed shall remain stayed till disposal of the connected criminal appeal. The applicant, namely, Biju Gogoi shall be released on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- with one surety of like amount to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Charaideo, Sonari.
