Moreover, since the afore contention is not adequately repudiated by the learned counsel for the petitioner. Accordingly, the instant petition is dismissed, as, pre-mature. However, liberty is reserved to the petitioner to approach this Court, at an appropriate stage. The authority concerned is directed to associate the present petitioner in the apposite process. All pending applications, if any, also stand disposed of.
