Lhousino, learned counsel for the applicant. The application has been filed under Section 5 of the Limitation Act, 1963 read with Rule 2(2) of Chapter V-A of the Gauhati High Court Rules, praying for condonation of delay of 4 days in filing the connected appeal against the judgment and order dated 22. 8. 2024 passed by the learned Single Judge in W. P. (C) 201/2023. The grounds explaining the delay is set out at paragraph 2 and 3 of the application. We have perused the application more particularly paragraphs 2 and 3 and we are satisfied that the applicant has satisfactorily explained the delay. The delay of 4 days is accordingly condoned.
