P. No. 39440 of 2018, whereby they were directed to consider the representations submitted by the petitioner on 09. 10. 2018 and 10. 10.
2018 and pass appropriate orders within four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of the order. As per the counter-affidavit filed on behalf of respondent No. 1, in furtherance to the aforesaid order, the representations of the petitioner were considered and orders were passed on 29. 04. 2019, rejecting the request made in the said representations. Copy of the order dated 29. 04. 2019 has been filed along with the counter-affidavit. In view of the above, this contempt case has now rendered infructuous. Accordingly, the contempt case is dismissed as infructuous. Rule nisi issued against the respondents stands discharged. As a sequel, all the pending miscellaneous applications shall stand closed.
