Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that inadvertently while arguing the case post of “Teacher Grade-III” has wrongly been mentioned in place of “Teacher Grade-II” when the order was being dictated, hence, in the last line of para 1 at page-1 and first line of para-2 at page-2 of the order dated 25. 11. 2020, “Teacher Grade-III” has been inscribed in place of “Teacher Grade-II”. (2 of 2) [WMAP-180/2020] 3. For the reasons stated, the application is allowed. 4. Accordingly, it is ordered that amended order of 25. 11. 2020 passed in SB Civil Writ Petition No. 12479/2020 with the requisite correction be drawn; earlier order be kept in ‘D’ part of the file; off loaded from the official website of High Court and new order be uploaded.
