The matter was taken up on 26. 09. 2025, when the matter was adjourned for 13. 10. 2025 and learned Single Judge was requested to take up the matter prior to Diwali on the opening of the Court after Dussehra holidays. 3. We were informed that on 13. 10. 2025, the matter was argued. Today, we are informed that the judgment has been pronounced in the morning session on the opening of the Court. 4. In such circumstances, the order dated 29. 10. 2024 which is a subject matter of challenge, has merged in the final order and therefore, the present appeal has been rendered infructuous. 5.
