Deka, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the matter has been amicably settled between the parties outside the court on 20. 06. 2024 and prays that the matter may be closed in terms of the above settlement. Mr. Pfosekho Pfotte, learned counsel for the respondent while agreeing with the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner also made the same prayer. In view of the above, this matter stands disposed of in terms of the settlement dated 20. 06. 2024 executed between the parties. The interim order passed on 24. 03. 2022, stands vacated.
