-4) and he is sanguine that, in case his representation qua the grievance, which has been pleaded herein, is taken up on the administrative side, it will receive favourable treatment. 3. In view of the aforesaid statement, without commenting on the merits of the petition, the instant petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents that the competent authority, on the [2025:RJ-JD:6582] (2 of 2) [CW-2477/2025] administrative side, shall take up the case of the petitioner and decide the aforesaid pending representation by passing an appropriate order, in accordance with law, if so warranted.
