S. No. 74 of 1998 of the Munsiff Court, Manjeri, is for a direction to the court below to dispose of E. P. No. 99 of 2019 in the suit within a time limit. 2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners. 3. As per the direction of this Court, the learned Munsiff, Manjeri has filed a report stating that two months time is required for disposal of the execution petition. 4. Considering the nature of the relief sought for in this Original Petition as well the other aspects involved in this case, I think that the time sought for by the learned Munsiff, Manjeri is reasonable.
Therefore, the report is accepted as such and the learned Munsiff, Manjeri is directed to dispose of OPC. 1855/2020 E. P. No. 99 of 2019 in O. S.
