(C)No. 27487 OF 2024 JUDGMENT st Dated this the 1 day of August, 2024 Petitioners claim to be the members of Arayavamshodharani Sabha, a society registered under the Travancore Cochin Literary, Scientific and Charitable Societies Registration Act. The Sabha is in administration of the Sree Balabhadra Temple. There are factional disputes with respect to the administration of the temple. The petitioners allege th that the 5 respondent is planning to conduct the Annual General Meeting of the Sabha and the conduct of such a meeting will lead to a law and order situation. 2. It is evident from the above facts that the dispute is with respect to the administration of a temple by a private body.
This Court is not justified in W. P. (C)No. 27487 OF 2024 intervening in such disputes and directing grant of police protection against conduct of meetings. Therefore, it is for the petitioner to make a proper request before the District Registrar. If such a request nd is made, the 2 respondent shall consider the same in accordance with law.
