JUSTICE RONGON MUKHOPADHYAY -------- For the Petitioners : Mrs. Rajni Singh, Advocate For the State : A. P. P. --------th Order No. 02: Dated: 16 December, 2020 Heard the parties. Defects, as pointed out by the office, are ignored. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Narayanpur P. S. Case No. 13 of 2020. It has been alleged that during the immersion of the idol of goddess Durga there was a communal flare up between two communities and the police who were on duty were prevented from discharging their official duties. Accordingly, the petitioners, above named, are directed to surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today and in that event, they shall be enlarged on bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand only) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.
