P6 and afford the petitioner and his staff adequate police protection to proceed against the defaulters of bus stand fee under Section 474 of the Kerala Municipality Act, 1994. 2. On 05. 08. 2021, this Court granted an interim order as prayed for, for a period of four weeks. rd 3. Respondents 3 and 4 entered appearance. The 3 respondent filed a counter-affidavit and no counter-affidavit on behalf th of the 4 respondent. The writ petition is filed in the year 2021. As per Ext. P1, the period for collection is from 01. 04. 2021 to 31. 03. 2022. Now, two years have elapsed after the filing of the writ petition. Therefore, the writ petition has now become infructuous.
