The present petition has been filed with the following prayer: "(i) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus thereby commanding and directing to the opposite parties more especially opposite party no. 4 i. e. District Magistrate, District- Lucknow to secure life and property of the petitioner under the provisions of Chapter V, Rule 21 of Uttar Pradesh Maintenance & Welfare of Parents and Senior Citizens, Rule 2014. (ii) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus thereby commanding and directing to the opposite party nos. 1 to 5 to evict/dispossess to the respondent nos.
6 and 7 from the property/house of the petitioner, situated at 217 and 217-A New Haiderganj, Campwell Road, Aman Vihar, District-Lucknow. " 3. Considering the relief as sought, the present writ petition is disposed off directing the concerned authority to consider and decide the application of the petitioner in accordance with law with all expedition preferably within a period of four months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order.
