The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Harla P. S. Case No. 53/2024, for the offences registered under Sections 302/120B of the I. P. C. , pending in the Court of Shri Akshay Sharma, learned J. M. F. C. , Bokaro. 3. On 28. 04. 2024, in the midnight accused persons entered into altercation with the deceased Jyotilal.
It is alleged that co-accused persons Rajesh Kumar @ Pukula and Tejash gave rod blow on the head of the deceased due to which he succumbed to his injuries. 4. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submitted that there is no specific allegation of assault against this petitioner. 5. Learned A. P. P. has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner but does not dispute the aforesaid facts. 6. In view of the submissions made above, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Shri Akshay Sharma, learned J. M. F. C. , Bokaro or his successor in connection with Harla P. S. Case No. 53/2024. (AmbujNath, J. ) Rahul/-
