Learned counsel for opposite party no.
3, however, submits that the writ petition does not disclose the date on which the application regarding Standard Inspection Form has been submitted by petitioner. It is submitted that the counsel is bound by direction issued by Hon'ble Supreme Court pertaining to cut-off date and such a prayer can be considered only if permitted under law. 4. Considering innocuous prayer, without entering into merits of the case, opposite party no. 3 i. e. Registrar-cum-Secretary, Pharmacy Council of India combined Building Temple Lane, New Delhi is directed to consider petitioner's representation for deposit of fees for purposing of inspection against Standard Inspection Form in accordance with law and judgments enunciated by Hon'ble Supreme Court on the aspect, particularly the cut-off date expeditiously. 5.
