Learned Standing Counsel on the basis of the instruction received from the respondent has submitted that in compliance of the judgement and order dated 29. 07. 2024 passed by the writ court in Writ-A No. 5819 of 2024, the application of the petitioner has been decided on 7. 11. 2024, copy of which has been forwarded to the applicant and photocopy of the same has been provided to the learned counsel for the applicant. It is further submitted that after the compliance of the order dated 29. 07. 2024 the present contempt petition has become infructuous and is liable to be dismissed.
At this stage, learned counsel for the applicants has prayed that the present contempt application may be dismissed as infructuous with liberty to the applicant that if they have still any grievance, they may challenge the same before the appropriate forum. As prayed, the present contempt application/ petition is dismissed as infructuous. The notice, if any, issued against the respondent is hereby discharged.
