Shashibhushan, learned senior counsel appearing for respondent No. 2. [2] The present application has been filed with a prayer for allowing examination of the DW No. 14 viz. Chanabam Ibotombi Singh at his residence by the appointed Advocate Commissioner in the presence of the learned counsel appearing for the parties. [3] Ms. L.
Ayangleima, learned counsel appearing for the applicant submitted that the present application has been filed as the said DW No. 14 is indisposed and unable to appearing before the appointed Advocate Commissioner for his examination as a witness. S2. Item No. 15 [4] Mr. N. Ibotombi, learned senior counsel appearing for respondent No. 1 submitted that he has no objection in allowing the present application and that the necessary direction be issued to examine the said DW No. 14 at his residence by the appointed Advocate Commissioner. [5] In view of the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the parties, the appointed Advocate Commissioner is hereby directed to examine the said DW No. 14 viz. Chanabam Ibotombi Singh at his residence in the presence of the learned counsel appearing for the parties. The said examination should be carried out from 07-12-2024 at 11:00 a. m.
[6] Registry is directed to inform the appointed Advocate Commissioner about the order passed today by this Court and for making necessary arrangement for his transportation. [7] With the aforesaid directions, the present application is hereby disposed of. JUDGE Dhakeshori
