Zequeson, learned counsel appearing for the applicant and Mr. Niranjan Sanasam, learned special PP appearing for the respondent no. 1. The present Misc. application has been filed praying for releasing the applicant on bail U/S 482(1) of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 in the event of her arrest in connection with FIR Case No. 22(07)2024 WPS IE U/S 85/115/79/3(5) BNS. In the meantime, at the interim, the I. O of the case is directed to release the applicant/accused, in the event of her arrest in connection with FIR Case No. 22(07)2024 WPS IE U/S 85/115/79/3(5) BNS by furnishing a PR bond of Rs.
1,00,000/- (Rupees one lakh) only with one surety (Government employee) to the satisfaction of the Arresting Authority. It is also made clear that the petitioner should co-operate with the investigation and he should make himself available for interrogation by the I. O of the FIR case, as and when required. The petitioner should not leave the State of Manipur without prior permission of the Arresting Authority. It is, further, made clear that if the petitioner violates any of the conditions given hereinabove, the respondent police are at liberty to approach this court for modification or cancellation of this interim order. Accordingly, the present misc. application is disposed of. Copy of this order be furnished to the learned counsel appearing for both the parties.
