Gayan, learned counsel appearing for the respondent th Nos. 4 and 5 has produced a communication dated 16 of May, 2024, issued by the Executive Engineer (Civil), SO 1(Plg) for Offg Chief Engineer and addressed to the Deputy Commissioner, District Dimapur stating that the compensation amount of Rs. 13,03,08,142/-has been deposited through the State Bank of India, Cash Management Product Fund Transfer before the Deputy Commissioner, Dimapur district. th On a consideration of the communication dated 16 of May, 2024, this Court is of the considered opinion that the respondents have substantially complied with the order passed by this Court.
