The petitioner has filed the instant petition under Section 482 read with Section 528 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 for grant of anticipatory bail in FIR No. 235 dated 26. 10. 2024 registered under Sections 498-A & 406 of Indian Penal Code, 1860 at Police Station Model Town, District Hoshiarpur. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that, in pursuance to the order dated 19. 02. 2025 passed by this Court, the petitioner has appeared before the Investigating Officer and has joined the investigation. 3.
Learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Ashok Kumar, has not disputed the aforesaid fact and submits that the petitioner has joined the investigation and is no more required for further investigation. In view of the above, the present petition is allowed and the interim relief granted to the petitioner vide order dated 19. 02. 2025 is made absolute subject to the conditions envisaged under Section 438(2) of Cr.
