The present application has been filed for allowing the correction of the typographical mistake occurred at third line of th sub-paragraph of para No. 2 and 8 line of paragraph No. 3 of the connected MC(El. Pet. ) No. 20 of 2024 by substituting the case number as “48” in place of “51”. Mr.
Ajoy Pebam, learned counsel submitted that the said typographical mistake has been occurred through inadvertence and as such, the present application has been filed to correct such mistake. Item No. 37 Mr. N. Ibotombi, learned senior counsel and Mr. N. Zequeson, learned counsel appearing for the respondents fairly submitted that they have no objection in allowing the present application. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the respondents, the present application is hereby allowed. The applicant is directed to file a recast on the connected MC(El.
