The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner does not dispute the statement made by the learned counsel for the respondents and acknowledges receipt of the compliance proceedings. 4. In view of the above submissions, as the respondents have now complied with the order of this Court in letter and spirit, this Court is of the view that no further adjudication is necessary in this matter. 5.
