The reasons for delay have been satisfactorily explained at paragraph 4,5 and 6 of the application. Mr. H. Kharmih, learned Addl. Sr. PP does not have any serious objection against the prayer for condonation of delay. In view of the above, the delay of 453 days in preferring the connected appeal against the impugned Judgment dated 27. 06. 2023 and order on sentence dated 28. 06. 2023 passed in Special POCSO Case No. 08 of 2016 is hereby condoned.
