Mr. Amit Kumar appeared in person on behalf of the respondents and th submitted that vide order dated 16 August, 2024, the accused persons i. e. , the husband, mother in law and younger brother are already been acquitted by learned Additional Sessions Judge, Special Judge (NDPS), North District, Rohini Courts, Delhi. In support of his arguments, he placed the th copy of the order dated 16 August, 2024 before this Court which has been taken on record. 2.
