JUSTICE RAJESH BINDAL, JUDGE ORDER The only prayer pressed by the petitioner in this writ petition is as follows: “(d) An appropriate writ, order or direction in the nature of writ of mandamus commanding the respondents more particularly Presidium to effect audit by a Chartered Accountant of the accounts of the J&K High Court Bar Association, Jammu particularly the amount incurred and spent w. e. f April, 2017 to December, 2018 and after the expiry of the term of existing office bearers of the J&K High Court Bar Association, Jammu after April, 2018. ” Mr.
Abhinav Sharma, Advocate and President of J&K High Court Bar Association, Jammu, who is present in Court, submitted that he will get the accounts for the period from April, 2017 to December, 2018, audited. He further submitted that though there is no prayer made in the present petition for audit of the accounts from January, 2019 onwards but to 2 OWP No. 2667/2018 bring transparency, he will get even the accounts from January, 2019 onwards, audited. In view of the aforesaid fair stand taken by the Mr. Abhinav Sharma, learned Advocate and President of J&K High Court Bar Association, Jammu this petition is disposed of, in terms thereof. Let needful be done within a period of three months.
