The claim is settled with the agreement of both the parties at an additional amount of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand only) in excess of what has been awarded by the learned Tribunal. The above amount shall be paid by the Insurance Company within four weeks by depositing the same with the MACT No. 1, Kamrup (M). In case of failure to pay the aforesaid additional amount within the stipulated period, as mentioned above, the additional amount shall carry interest at the rate of 12% per annnum.
