Mr. Anoop Kumar Mehta, learned counsel for the respondent is present. 4. From record it appears that the defects as pointed out by the registry way back in the year, 2011, has not yet been removed. 5. Further, from the prayer made in the instant writ application it appears that that the same has become infructuous. 6. With a view to give one more opportunity to the petitioner, put up this case on 16. 12. 2020. ” 3.
Pursuant to the aforesaid order, the case has been posted today. 4. Mr. P. K. Mukhopadhyay, learned counsel submits that another counsel Mr. Samarendra Sinha has taken back the file of this case from him, as such, he is unable to assist this Court. 5. From record it appears that the defect as pointed out by the registry has not yet been removed. 6. Further, looking to the prayer made in the instant writ application it appears that the petitioner has lost his interest in this case. 7.
