Imphal, Imphal East District, Manipur – 795001; and (iii) Mr. Hemendro Singh (IA & AS), Deputy Accountant General (A & E), Office of the Principal Accountant General, Manipur, Imphal, Government of Manipur, Babupara, P. O. & P. S. Imphal, Imphal West District, Manipur – 795001. MC(Cont. Case (C)) No. 17 of 2026 & anr. Contd…/- -2- It has been submitted by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner that impleadment of the abovenamed three Officers as respondents No. 6, 7 and 8 are necessary inasmuch as they have taken over on demitting office by their predecessors. In view of the above, let notice be issued upon the abovenamed three Officers, returnable within three weeks. As Mr. Tomclist, learned counsel entered appearance and accepts notice on behalf of Shri Namoijam Kheda Varta, Secretary (Veterinary), Government of Manipur and Dr. L.

In view of the submission made above, the present impleadment application is hereby allowed.
