The petitioner has filed the instant petition under Article 226/227 of the Constitution of India read with Section 5(1) of the Haryana good Conduct Prisoners (Temporary Release) Act, 2022, for issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari to quash the order dated 27. 05. 2025 (Annexure P-3) passed by respondent No. 5 whereby application filed by the petitioner for grant of six weeks parole to take care of his wife, has been declined. 2.
Reply by way of affidavit of Sachin, Deputy Superintendent, District Jail, Faridabad, has been filed in the Court today which is taken on record subject to all just exceptions. A copy of the same has been supplied to the counsel opposite. 3. As per the reply filed today in the Court, the present medical condition of the wife of the petitioner is stable and she is undergoing treatment at home by taking medicines. CRWP-5955-2025 4.
