The Petitioners are seeking pre-arrest bail in connection with G. R. Case No. 115 of 2000 pending on the file of learned JMFC, Kashipur, arising out of Kashipur P. S. Case No. 54(3) of 2000 for commission of offences punishable under Sections 147/148/ 323/ 337/324/307/427/436/332/149 and Sec. 7 of Criminal Law Amendment Act and U/s 4 P. D. P. P. Act. And Sections 25 and 27 of Arms Act. 3. Learned counsel for the State opposes such prayer. 4. Taking into account the nature of allegations which relates to the year 2000, it is directed that on surrendering on or before 22. 12.
2025 and moving for bail, the Petitioners shall be released on bail by the learned Court in seisin on such terms as deemed just and proper. 5. Till 22. 12. 2025, no coercive action shall be taken against the Petitioners in connection with the aforesaid case. 6. In the event the Petitioners fails to appear on 22. 12. 2025, action shall be taken in accordance with law for execution of the NBW(A). 7. Accordingly, the ABLAPL stands disposed of. (V.
