This is an application praying for stay of the impugned judgment and Page No. # 2/2 award dated 29. 08. 2022 passed by the learned Member, MACT, Mokokchung, Nagaland in MAC case no. 18/2019. Since the connected appeal has already been admitted for hearing, the operation of the impugned judgment and award dated 29. 08. 2022 passed by the learned Member, MACT, Mokokchung in MAC case no. 18/2019 shall remain stayed subject to the condition that the applicant/appellant deposits 50% of the total awarded amount before the Registry of this Court within 4(four) weeks from today. On such deposit being made by the applicant/appellant, the respondent/claimant shall be allowed to withdraw the same on proper identification by their respective counsel .
