This contempt petition has been filed by the petitioner against non-compliance on the part of the respondent in respect of the order passed by this Court on 29. 09. 2023 in W. P. No. 24583/2023 (SANDEEP SHRIVASTAVA Vs. STATE OF M. P. ). 3.
It is submitted that although a period of three months' time was granted to the competent authority to comply with the Court order, but till date the order has not been complied with. Under these circumstances, the respondent/competent authority is directed to comply with the order passed by this Court on 29. 09. 2023 in W. P. No. 24583/2023 Sandeep Shrivastava (supra) within a further period of three months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order and if the order is not complied with within the aforesaid period and the petitioner is again compelled to file another contempt petition, then the costs of the present contempt petition as well as the contempt petition which may be filed by the petitioner shall be recovered from the erring Officer. 5. Accordingly, the contempt petition stands disposed of. C. c.
